Woojin Cha is an entertainment and culture critic, industry analyst, and the principal of Neo Vibe Lab. With 25+ years of experience spanning music, media, IP, and tech, he advises leading companies across Korea's entertainment ecosystem.

His work sits at the intersection of critical perspective and business strategy — analyzing how culture is produced, distributed, consumed, and monetized in the age of platforms and fandom.

He has been interviewed by Bloomberg, The New York Times, Le Monde, and NHK as a leading voice on the K-culture industry.
